Hi Tim, FYI the Listen on Spotify link is not currently working for me, it gives me this message: "Sorry, that’s not currently available. Luckily, lots of other stuff is." I am able to find the podcast by searching it on Spotify though.
Thanks for the heads-up. The tech setup is a little odd because the AI Summer podcast is actually separate from the Understanding AI audio feed, which I don't expect to have regular content. So I haven't tried to get the audio feed for this newsletter listed as a Spotify podcast. It seems like the Spotify link does work from the AI Summer page, which is where future episodes will appear.
Computing health diagnose yes; backgrounding subject matter to spark further research interest (akin to salient background research with Wikipedia), yes. Writing headlines and papers for us, no. Calculating large math problems and crunching logical reasoning, yes. Fact-checking, no. Replacing artistic technique and methodology in graphic design, no. Supplementing workflow requiring stock art in short order, yes. Supplementing candid photography for journalistic purposes, no! These “behaviours” need to be standardized and worked into acceptable use policies. Then there should be tools to scan and tag content that have leveraged AI when an investment in human knowledge and talent was required. AI now is comparable to how social media began as social networking. If AI develops into its own “social media” universe with insufficient oversight, just as social media never truly received, the integrity of quality ethical information management is in jeopardy. It’s probably post-training that will bring huge responsibility.

Sorry, I hate listening to podcasts and people talking AT me. It's so non-participatory!
